The location of Pondok Kana is quite handy, just a quick ride from the ferry port. Renting a scooter made exploring Nusa Penida easy. The garden view from my room was lovely and added a nice touch to my stay. However, I faced issues with the room. Initially, the shower didn’t work properly, and I noticed mold in the corners. On top of that, the mattress felt old and uncomfortable. The ceiling also leaked during a rainstorm, flooding part of the room, which was quite unsettling. I felt like I paid for a certain standard and didn't receive it due to the poor condition of the initial room. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option, but the maintenance needs significant improvement.
